Dave Ramsden, Chief Economic Adviser at HM Treasury and also, of course, the SBE’s President will discuss key aspects of the Chancellor’s Summer Budget in this afternoon seminar.  Dave joined the Civil Service in 1986 and the Treasury in 1988.  He is also Head of the Government Economic Service, the largest single employer of economists in the UK.
